Customer Tier System
GorgeousBen Fashion — Transparent Service, Earned Priorities

Product quality standards are exactly the same for every customer — tiering never changes how we make your garments. Your tier affects only three things: sample policy, production scheduling priority, and order flexibility.

Tiers are reviewed every quarter based on order volume, payment performance, reorder frequency and payment credibility — and can move up or down. International courier charges for samples are always borne by the customer.

Tier ladder:  A+  A-  B+  B-  C+  C-  D

Core logic: customers are scored on order volume, payment performance, reorder frequency and payment credibility. The higher the tier, the greater the factory's cooperation — more flexible sample terms, lead times and after-sales policies.

A+ — Strategic Top-Tier Partner

Who qualifies: Large, stable repeat orders over the long term; on-time payments with zero defaults; very few last-minute sample changes; no disputes on record; consistent, continuous ordering.

Benefits:

  1. Sample fees fully waived — up to 15 styles per month; standard sample fees apply beyond 15 styles.
  2. Top-priority scheduling for both sample development and bulk production (queue-jumping allowed).
  3. Reasonable minor process adjustments accepted; urgent orders get priority capacity coordination.
  4. Best factory floor price; first to receive new fabric and new technique updates.
  5. Priority after-sales response with a dedicated account contact.

A- — Premium Long-Term Partner

Who qualifies: Above-average order volume; good payment record; occasional small modifications; strong cooperation credibility.

Benefits:

  1. Free sampling upfront — if no order is placed within 15 days of receiving samples, sample fees apply; once the order is confirmed, sample fees are refunded in full from the final payment.
  2. Sampling and bulk production prioritized (second only to A+).
  3. Routine process tweaks accepted; major redesigns charged at fabric / labor cost.
  4. Preferential ex-factory pricing; new product information shared first.
  5. Fast after-sales response.

B+ — Steady Partner

Who qualifies: Continuous orders; payments on schedule with occasional delays; medium order volume; no major disputes.

Benefits:

  1. Sample fee prepaid; once a bulk order meeting the agreed MOQ is placed, the fee is deducted from the final payment — not refundable if the MOQ is not reached.
  2. Sampling and bulk production follow the standard queue (no rush service).
  3. Major changes after first-sample approval incur extra material and labor charges.
  4. Standard ex-factory price.
  5. After-sales handled through the standard process.

B- — Standard Customer (default starting tier for new customers)

Who qualifies: Occasional orders; smaller volumes; frequent modifications; no serious payment defaults.

Benefits:

  1. Full sample fee charged; non-refundable if the order is under 1,000 pcs per style.
  2. Sampling and bulk production queued normally; no rush or queue-jumping service.
  3. No major redesigns after first-sample approval; costs of minor changes borne by the customer.
  4. Standard ex-factory price.
  5. After-sales per basic contract terms.

C+ — Watch-List Customer

Who qualifies: New customers placing trial orders; or a history of minor overdue payments, frequent requirement changes, or repeated sampling-order cancellations.

Benefits:

  1. Full sample fee, non-refundable; drawings, workmanship and measurements must be fully confirmed before sampling starts.
  2. Regular queue only; no rush orders accepted under any circumstances.
  3. All costs of any modification (fabric, labor) borne by the customer.
  4. Standard ex-factory price with no discounts.
  5. Full deposit required before production; made strictly to the approved sample with changes tightly controlled.

C- — High-Risk Customer

Who qualifies: Repeatedly cancelled orders; frequently delayed payments; repeated major redesigns; extremely high communication costs.

Benefits:

  1. Full sample fee, non-refundable; a complete written confirmation must be signed before sampling.
  2. Scheduled only when capacity is available; no rush service.
  3. Once workmanship is confirmed, major changes are prohibited — any change triggers a full cost recalculation.
  4. Standard ex-factory price with no discounts; higher deposit ratio.
  5. Strict after-sales terms; no returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.

D — Restricted Customer

Who qualifies: Malicious price-squeezing; long-term payment defaults; bad-faith claims; repeated breaches of contract; ongoing legal disputes.

Terms:

  1. We reserve the right to decline samples / orders; if accepted, the sample fee and bulk-order deposit are substantially raised, and production starts only after full payment arrives.
  2. No priority services or price benefits of any kind.
  3. Strict contract terms; no last-minute changes accepted.

Universal Rules (Apply to All Tiers)

  1. Quarterly dynamic review — tiers are reassessed every quarter on order value, payment performance, change-order frequency and cancellations. Tiers can rise or fall and are never permanent.
  2. Free samples cover the sample-making fee only — international courier charges are always borne by the customer (standard industry practice).
  3. Sample revision limit — every style includes 1 round of free minor tweaks; additional rounds are charged to all customers alike (A+ included) to prevent endless revisions.
  4. Tiering affects service priority only — product quality standards are identical for every customer, with no difference in workmanship or fabric.
  5. All sample-fee refund rules are written into the quotation — written agreements prevail; verbal promises are invalid.
