Our Job
A Real Look at What Happens on Our Production Floor, Every Day
Every order that leaves our factory in Shishi City, Fujian — China’s sportswear manufacturing hub — passes through the same hands-on workflow. This page shows what our team actually does, step by step, from a roll of fabric to a carton ready for shipment.
1. Fabric Sourcing & Inspection
Our job starts long before a sewing machine runs. We source knits and wovens — cotton, poly, fleece, terry and technical blends — from trusted mills, then inspect every incoming roll for weight (GSM), color, shrinkage and defects. Fabric that fails inspection never reaches the cutting table.

2. Pattern Making & Cutting
Our pattern team turns tech packs into production-ready patterns, grading them across your full size range. Skilled cutters then lay up fabric in layers and cut panels by marker — whether it’s a 100-piece sample run or a bulk order — making sure every piece matches the approved sample.

3. Sewing Lines
Dedicated lines handle our six core categories — sweatshirts, tees, shirts, shorts, pants and jackets — each with operators who specialize in that garment type. In-line supervisors check stitching, seams and measurements on the line, so problems are caught mid-production instead of at the end.

4. Printing, Embroidery & Wash
Screen printing, embroidery, appliqué and garment wash are done in-house or with our long-term partner workshops — always to your artwork, always color-matched. We follow a strict no-logo rule: nothing goes on your garments except what you approved.
5. Quality Control
Finished garments go through a full inspection: measurements against the spec sheet, workmanship check under proper lighting, and a final AQL-based random audit before anything is packed. If a piece fails, it is fixed or remade — not shipped.

6. Pressing, Packing & Shipping
Garments are pressed, tagged, poly-bagged and packed into export cartons exactly to your packing list. Our team handles export documents and ships worldwide from our China warehouse — and we stay reachable after delivery, because our job does not end when the carton leaves the floor.
